KWHW Radio morning personality and poet Eddie Wilcoxen visited the students at Altus Christian Academy as they began "Young Authors' Week". The students were excited to share the joy of reading and writing with Wilcoxen, because all the students are writing a book of their own, which will be published by the Altus Christian Academy. Wilcoxen performed readings from his new book, "Animal ABCs - A Book of Whimsy!" which will be released February, 2009.

Eddie performed a reading at the Altus Public Library for the Altus Chapter of the PEO Club, (Philanthropic Educational Organization).

Eddie will be doing a reading at the Altus Public Library at 10 am of his new book Animal "Animal ABCs - A Book of Whimsy!" for adults and children of all ages.
